Ronald S. Jankov has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of Broadcom Corp. since February 17, 2012. Jankov served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Net logic Microsystems Inc since April 2000. From September 1995 to September 1999, Jankov served as Vice President of Sales and then Vice President and General Manager for the Multimedia Division at NeoMagic Corporation. He also served as Vice President of Cyrix Corporation, a microprocessor company, and held various engineering, sales and management positions at other semiconductor companies, including LSI Logic Corp. and Texas Instruments. Jankov has been Executive Director of NetLogic Microsystems Inc. since April 2000.

He is considered one of the richest executives.

Ted Hulbush operates as a listing agent of  a suspended Ca Corporation, and markets almost exclusively TIC properties, after cleaning the residents out.  Lately, he has branched into foreclosures properties such as 498 Corbett.

Profiting from Displacement:

1457 to 1467 FULTON ST  (6 units)  8/28/2007 by PACIFIC EQUITY II LLC  purchase price was $2.6 million. After eviction of all the residents, TIC units sold for an average of $800,000 each - totaling about $4.8 million.
