Partnering with Ellis Act specialist and Zephyr real estate agent Bonnie Spindler, Arnie Levinson displaced tenants in 6 units in 2007, and then went on to Ellis another 7 units a few years later with his wife, the "parlor opera diva" Elizabeth O'Neill. Working from his 31st Floor Montgomery Street law office at Pillsbury, Levinson and Coleman, he and Liz bring home the "development specialist" bacon as Quintet, LLC and 834-840 Broderick LLC.
The are friends with Bonnie Spindler, and use Bonnie's home (Zellerbach mansion on Fell Street) for their musical event. Arnie is the narrator for the opera company.
When not out evicting tenants, Levinson puts on his judge robes and takes awards for his consumer work. An insurance bad faith attorney, pro-tem judge, and consumer attorney, he and his family live in a multimillion dollar home on Hayes Street, where Liz uses the extra space as her music. Secretary Elizabeth O'Neill lives in San Francisco with her husband and two sons. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and a Masters of Music from Notre Dame de Namur University. She is a vocal student of James Toland and has, in recent years, performed the roles of Cherubino (Mozart's The Marriage of Figaro), The Muse/Nicklausse (Offenbach'sThe Tales of Hoffmann), Dorabella (Mozart's Cosi Fan Tutte), and Siebel (Gounod's Faust).
